About Raptor CrossFit

Who are we?

Started in 2012, Raptor CrossFit is a non-profit military CrossFit affiliate with a mission to provide safe, effective CrossFit instruction to the Langely AFB community. Since then we've help athletes of all backgrounds, ages and abilities to reach their goals.  We meet at the ACC Gym for Functional Fitness workouts using the CrossFit approach.  We believe physical fitness can change lives.  Our volunteer coaches are committed to sharing  what CrossFit has given us within the community.


Where can you find us?

We normally WOD on Langley AFB inside the Air Combat Command (ACC) Gym, Bldg 226 on Dodd Blvd between Douglas St and Andrews St. Ask for the Warrior Fit Room.

Class Times:

The ACC Gym is open from 0500-1900 M-F.  The Warrior Fit Room is open throughout that period.  Our Group gets together for a WOD M-W-F 0600-0700 and 1130-1230.  CrossFit Trainers are available during the WOD.

There are no classes on Weekends, Federal Holidays, or ACC Family Days.  Times and locations may change based on coach and facility availability.  Be sure to follow us on Facebook for late-breaking info.

The CrossFit Philosophy:

  • Leave No One Behind.  The WOD is not over until everyone finishes, and the last finisher gets the loudest cheers.

Our program is tailor made to bring out the athlete in everyone — whether you’re looking to get into shape for the first time, regain the competitive edge of your younger years, or push yourself to perform at elite athlete levels, we can help you achieve your goals.  We’ll provide you with all the tools necessary to enhance your level of competency at any physical task.  You’ll develop both core strength and conditioning and successfully perform a wide range of diverse and randomized physical challenges. Our program makes you part of a team every workout–our coaches will teach you all the fundamentals you’ll need to build cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  You provide the positive attitude and we’ll lead you on a transformational path toward physical prowess.  Don’t let your life be a spectator sport — come join the team!
