Experienced Athletes / Drop-Ins

If you've done CrossFit before and would like to begin training at CrossFit Fort Eustis, or you're just visiting and would like to drop in, email us at raptorcrossfit@gmail.com to let us know when you will show up.  Make sure you complete the waiver form and you're good to go!  You'll receive an email from raptorcrossfit@gmail.com to confirm we are expecting you.


New Athletes

RCF welcomes motivated athletes of all skill levels.  While we do not have a Foundations Class, if you are new to CrossFit, don't be intimidated by the hype - CrossFit is scalable for all ages and abilities.  Many of our success stories start with single individuals peeking into the Warrior Fit room, feeling a little overwhelmed or intimidated, and retreating back to their comfort zones.  Give it a chance -- meet some people, start WODing with us and you're likely to catch the bug and keep comming back.

Make sure you complete the waiver form and identify to the coach that you are new.  We will design the fundamentals into your initial training.


Giving Back

We are always seeking experienced CrossFitters and are always in need of volunteer coaches.  If you are a Level 1,2 Trainer (or higher), please let us know if you can contribute to the group as a coach or programmer.  If you are interested in becoming a leader in the RCF community, email saltebacot@gmail.com and raptorcrossfit@gmail.com.
