Warmup
200 meter run
5 Banded good mornings
10 yards Frankenstien
5 Single leg deadlifts (each side)
10 yards Walking RDL and leg swings
5 Bent-knee iron cross (each side)
10 Squat to stand
10 yards Inchworm
10 Back stroke (each arm)

S/S/S Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

WOD
Tabata Assault Bike (Calories)
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
