Strength:
Hang Snatch 1x5 at 65% 1RM Hang Snatch 1x5 at 75% 1RM Hang Snatch 1x5+ at 85% 1RM Rest as needed between sets.

21-15-9 reps, for time of: Dumbbell Snatch, 80/55 lbs Ring Dip Time cap: 6 minutes *For time-capped scores, add 1 second for every rep you did not complete to be ranked accordingly.
